I knew there was a reason I didn’t like Sprint

Sprint doesn’t want your business if you have problems with them.


So, basically, if you have to deal with their customer service reps, which from personal experience I know sucks major donkey dick… rude, annoying, idiotic bastards that they are… you might not get to keep your account. Niiice.

On the bright side, you don’t have to deal with their reps anymore. I say it’s an improvement for the customers. I rarely have problems with Cingular (now AT&T apparently), perhaps y’all should switch to them.
