Feeling Better

So damn sore the last 2 days. Today I’m feeling much better. Recovered from squats, and after a great massage this morning (thanks Otto) my back feels better too. So now I can get in a workout and not feel like a slacker anymore.

hmm… donno if I’ll lift, but I should be able to. It’s only bench and RDLs….
