From the little challenge thing at jp Craig’s Intermediate Women’s 150

5 bodyweight rows
10 body weight sumo squats
15 body weight squats
15 pushups (regular followed by kneeling)
50 jumping jacks
10 spiderman climbs
20 reverse lunges
25 bicycle crunches
