(well, nearly all. about 99.999999999999999873% of them.) But finger prints? Puh-leeze! Now suddenly I'm glad I don't live in CA. Even though there's no liquor stores that have their own name or are open on sundays, at least we don't have car dealers THAT annoying... (that I know of....)
