Perhaps a bad idea
After finishing my paper and handing it in and getting home and eating and not having had more than a few hours sleep I decided to go for a “run.” 1.24 miles, just over 16 minutes, I think, no heart-rate monitor since I couldn’t find it. It totally sucked dude. I’m not in any condition to do anything other than sleeping really. I came back in more pain and completely and utterly drained instead of just mostly so. Oh well.
School done and I can get back to letting myself not be last on my list. Pick back up on workouts, keep track of eating, make a meal plan, maybe start a training log at JP.
Yeah, I really should be asleep now.
