New Rules

So I’ve been doing New Rules of Lifting with Otto. Break-in phase is over. Hell will soon likely begin. We also got Berardi’s Metabolism Advantage book, which if nothing else, has a few recipes Otto wouldn’t mind trying. (I’m pretty sure you still can’t get me to eat cauliflower, no matter what you do to it, so at least a couple of things I *would* mind trying.) We got some “greens” and I’m pretty sure I’ll just stick to eating my veggies, but Otto is pretty ok with it so maybe it will be helpful.

I kinda totally forgot my train. What else is new?

Anyway, where exactly do they get the creatine in the jar from? I guess, more importantly, how can one insure their creatine doesn’t come from an animal source?
