Mostly I’ve found that all my friends growing up had really popular names when they were born… we all had names peaking in or near the 70s. Few were as bad as I was, but still. Biblical ones seem to always top the list. And I’m betting this is a “USA stats only” kind of thing, hence you don’t see my name there.
