So very tired

Constantly lately, it seems. Taking vitamins seems to help some, but I’m still feeling totally exhausted and sleepy nearly all the time while at home.

I prolly should be drinking more water. Upping it from “only during and after workouts” and “when nothing else is available” would prolly be a good thing.

Scale not budging. At least, not in a downward direction. Which is nice. Because I’d hate to be not eating bad things and working out near every day and actually see some kind of results. That’d be way too fucking motivating. I don’t need that shit.

I’m grumpy that I have homework to do and classes to go to. Can you tell?

    Today I am terribly annoyed that the scale decided to jump up a bunch, because I wasn’t already terribly annoyed at it saying 140 no matter what I did.

    Ever heard of this idea?

    If you MUST step on the scale, then tape a little smile-y face over the readout, or tape the number you would LIKE to see. That way, you get a nice message and you can go on with your day!

    Yeah, I thought it was stupid, too.

    Made even moreso than one may think since when I read that in the email I got about it, that last line was not visable without scrolling. I thought you’d lost a few bolts there, for a sec.
