I didn’t workout yesterday. It totally sucked, I did what I said I wouldn’t do anymore. I put off even a short bout of me getting fit for something else that didn’t get completed anyway.

Today when I get home, I’m hitting it hard. I have to, I have to be able to deal with the session friday. So today is gonna be very intense, tomorrow is gonna be a long steady state session. I figure my nerves will be better able to handle that tomorrow.
