grabbed a pair of 20# dumbells and did
5 reps rdl to curl to press + 5 reps rdls
5 reps rdl to curl to press + 5 reps rdls
10 reps (each leg) dumbell stepups
10 reps (each leg) dumbell stepups
10 reps bent over rows
10 reps bent over rows

10# dumbells and did
8 reps reverse flyes
8 reps reverse flyes

2 x 30 second pillar bridge front

Gym:
Elliptical 5 min warm up, 10 min at increasing intensity at 2 minute intervals
Bike 10 min at increasing intensity at 2 minute intervals
Treadmill 10 min at increasing intensity at 2 minute intervals, 2 minute cooldown
