slackin’

So, since I didn’t workout friday, but did it saturday instead, I was too sore still from squats to be able to deadlift yesterday. So I shifted my workout to today. And all damn morning (afternoon, for all the ‘normals’ out there) I’ve been sooooo damn tired I haven’t done a thing. Now it is time to get ready and head to geo lab, so I’ll have to wait till I get home around 5 to workout.

This will push back the rest of my week prolly. I’m not sure, but this might be a good thing. I think I may end up too tired on M & W to be able to get in a decent workout either day. 3 hours in a studio art class seems to take a lot out of me at the moment. Maybe it’ll be better in a bit, but for now…

We’ll see what happens next week. I can prolly not change my wendesday workout to thursday, because it’s really a fairly laid back workout (workout B) and so I might be able to do it even after deads today. We’ll see.
