So my plan for next week

Since TAP phase 2 technically ends monday for me, and I don’t really wanna start phase 3 in the middle of the week, I think I’ll take wednesday and friday to do a few max tests, to help calibrate for Phase 3, since it’s 4-6 reps. Things like squat, deads, bench, pulldowns…. get a better idea so I don’t mess around doing something too light or too heavy. So, I’ll do a couple 5rm tests and call it a workout. :) That, and some extra cardio since I’ll be a bit short this week due to the burning myself debacle, and some movement prep, rehab, and core work. Then the following week starts phase 3. Gah… can’t believe I’m looking forward to this kind of pain…
