longer than planned
Tuesday, August 30th, 2005but at least I didn’t get sick.
I slacked all last week, since Otto was sick, and I was just feeling beaten down. This week I’m feeling better, and moved my workout to T-R-F so that I can actually get in my workouts. Mondays and wednesdays I’m just too tired after hammering plaster for 3 hours. Plus I just don’t eat well.
So I have to up deads to prolly 95, and I nearly got all my benches up. Last set was only 4, but still better than before. I’m not bumping it because I’m going slow on the shoulders on purpose, but it’s still pretty sweet.
Bridges are getting killer. Doing front and side bridges with one leg up, so sides was only 20 seconds. Ugh…. I’m a freekin glutton.
Now if I can just get to eating better on M & W.
