TAP Phase 1

The workout has been slightly modified to accomidate crappy shoulders.

Started as:

Split Squat
Bench Press
Leg Curl
Lat Pulldown
Leg Extension
Calf Raise
Swissball Crunch
Bicep Curl
Reverse Hyper
Tricep Pushdown
External Rotation w/theraband (rehab)
45degree Lat raise w/theraband (rehab)

Ended (since I could better do certain thins by the end) as written for the most part.

Dates: 6/5/05 to 7/13/05
(had a 2 week break in there) total of about 7ish workouts, iirc.
