I wanna, but…
I’m really not looking foreward to TAP today. It sucks that the first 2 phases are fullbody workouts. It’s a bit annoying, I never feel like I really recover. My shoulder hurts for reasons unknown, and my hammies hurt for reasons known. And I’m stuck with another couple circuits of TAP, and though I wanna work out, this is not really what I want to do. I’ll do it, I’m just not sure how much I can actually do.
I can slowly see a bit of progress. The weight is coming down a little bit of a smidge, tightening up a bit. Certainly nowhere near where I was, but I guess I can get there again.

The shoulder pain is starting from closer to my neck, along my trap, I suppose. Maybe I slept on it wrong? Meh.
Oh well, no use in whining about it. It’s gonna happen. Might as well go get it over with.
