Ah…. well then….
It’s the lateral raises and reverse fly. That’s what’s doing it to me. Which means I shouldn’t have been skipping all my rehab these past few months. I’ve been somewhat consistant on the external rotations, even tho I can’t seem to do more than 2 with the band doubled up, but I’ve pretty much been neglecting the other 2 the doc gave me.
oh well…
FWIW, since I don’t have it written in detail anywhere…. yesterday in addition to AIS foam & rope I did some hip crossovers and eked out 30 seconds on pillar bridge front.
Now to go die…
