Leg Curl
Lat Pulldown
Leg Extension
Calf Raise
Swissball Crunch
Bicep Curl
Reverse Hyper
Tricep Pushdown
External Rotation w/theraband (rehab)
45degree Lat raise w/theraband (rehab)
Ended (since I could better do certain thins by the end) as written for the most part.
