So I think I’m getting into a routine again… at least with respect to working out. Now I have to deal with food. I’m eating clean, but not really counting, just being round-about. But I think I’m eating about maintanence, so I really should track so that I can stay in the 1600 range.

Hopefully today I can get some info into my sheet and be a lottle more careful. The going without candy is working out fairly well… my face is pretty darned clear. Now I need to drink more water, no caffine after 9ish (hey, I’m taking it slow, so bite me), and get in a vitamin once a day.

I also need to stop bringing anything other than water to bed at night… I’m less inclined to brush my teeth if I have to drink sprite to take my pill.
