Did 45 minutes on the bike (trainer) in zone 1. Not bad. It’ll get better.

Got in some yoga in the evening, and a bit of shoulder rehab.

Weighed in at 136 this morning.

Tomorrow will be caliper test and measurements, and starting to keep track of food more than just ‘uh, I think it was about maintanence.’
